Description
Exxon Mobil HyJet IV-A plus is a fire-resistant, phosphate ester base hydraulic fluid designed for use in commercial aircraft. It is the best-performing Type IV fluid and approaches many of the performance capabilities of Type V fluids. Shelf life 1825 days for 5 gallon pail, 3650 days for quarts and gallons.
Features
Exxon HyJet IV-A plus fire-resistant aviation hydraulic fluid is used in commercial aircraft hydraulic systems where phosphate hydraulic fluids are recommended. It is compatible in all proportions with commercial Type IV and Type V phosphate ester aviation hydraulic fluids.
Meets or exceeds the following industry and aircraft builder specifications:
Qualified as: Type V, Grade B and C and Type IV, Class 1 per BMS 3-11P
Type IV, Low Density per NSA307110N; DMS2014H; C-34-1224; BAC.M.333;11595CH302J; BAMS 564-003A.
SAE 1241.
It is approved against all commercial aircraft manufacturer requirements and is included in their Qualified Products Lists.
