SHIPPING FAQ'S

 

Where does BAC ship from?

 

BAC is centrally located near Chicago, which means quick shipping to all areas of the country.

 

Is there a shipping cut-off time?

 

In-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM Central will be shipped the same day. We are still able to ship many orders through 4:30 PM CST. If you need to ensure your order ships same day, especially in late afternoon when requesting express shipping, please call us at 888-239-6625 and we will do our best to accommodate.

 

Can my AOG order ship express?

 

It depends.  BAC does not ship ORM-D limited quantity or hazmat items via air (express). Please choose a ground option if your order contains these items. All aerosols must ship ground.  If your order is non-hazardous, then we can ship express.

 

How much is shipping?

 

The cost of shipping depends on the total weight of the order, box dimensions, and distance it has to travel.  We offer a choice at checkout to either pre-pay and add shipping or bill freight to account.  If your company has an existing UPS/FedEx account you would like us to bill, you can provide your account number in the order notes.  Please double-check the account number when entering, as any chargebacks incurred due to incorrect account numbers or addresses will be billed back the customer.  If no account number is provided, we will pre-pay and add freight costs at the time the order ships.

 

Do you ship via mail or to P.O. boxes?

    

While we can ship via mail, USPS (U.S. Mail) orders may take an additional few days to arrive. No aerosols, liquids, lithium batteries or other dangerous goods can be sent via mail per U.S. Postal Service regulations. If your order contains any of these, please choose either FedEx or UPS ground.

 

Can I have hazmat items shipped to my house?

 

Hazmat shipments will ship via FedEx Ground to commercial addresses only. FedEx will not ship hazmat to residential addresses. Additionally, someone over the age of 21 must be present at delivery to sign for the shipment. If a Hazmat shipment is returned by FedEx because there is no one present to sign or the business is closed, the customer will be responsible for return to sender fees and reshipment charges.

RETURNS FAQS

 

Can I return an item/order?

 

Most returns can be processed easily by calling 888-239-6625 within 30 days of shipment. All returned products must be in resaleable condition to qualify for a refund or credit. Shelf-life items must have at least 50% shelf life remaining at the time of the return.

 

Can I return a non-stock item?

   

Returns of non-stock items that BAC special orders or sources will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We will make all reasonable efforts to return the product to the vendor according with their return policy, though the customer may incur a restocking fee in some cases. 

 

Can I return a closeout item?

 

Unfortunately, no.  All sales are final on closeout items.
