BAC is centrally located near Chicago, which means quick shipping to all areas of the country. In-stock orders placed before 3:00 CST will be shipped the same day. We are able to ship many orders through 4:30 PM CST. If you need to ensure your order ships, especially in late afternoon when requesting express shipping, please call us at 888-239-6625 and we will do our best to accommodate.
At checkout, you will be asked to choose between pre-pay and add shipping or bill freight to account. If you have an existing freight account you would like us to bill, please provide your account number in the order notes. Otherwise, we will pre-pay and add freight costs to your order.
BAC does not ship ORMD or hazmat items via air. Please choose a ground option if your order contains these items. All aerosols must go ground.
*Please note, USPS may take an additional few days to arrive. Also, no aerosols, liquids, lithium batteries or other dangerous goods can be sent via mail per U.S. Postal Service regulations. If your order contains any of these, please choose either Fed Ex ground or UPS ground.
**All Hazmat shipments will ship via Fed Ex Ground to commercial addresses only. Fed Ex will not ship hazmat to residential addresses, and it is required that someone over the age of 21 be present at delivery to sign for the shipment. If a Hazmat shipment is returned by Fed Ex because there is no one present to sign for it or the business is closed, the customer will be responsible for return to sender fees and reshipment charges.

Most returns can be processed easily by calling 888-239-6625. Shelf-life items must have at least 50% shelf life remaining at the time of the return. All returned products must be in resaleable condition to qualify for a refund or credit. Returns of non-stock items that BAC special orders or sources will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We will make all reasonable efforts to return the product to the vendor according with their return policy, though the customer may incur a restocking fee in some cases. All sales are final on closeout items.
