Business Aircraft Consumables (BAC) works with international aviation customers to provide reliable access to aircraft consumables and maintenance products. Because international shipments involve carrier requirements, customs procedures, and country-specific import regulations, there are a few important requirements to understand before placing an order.

International orders are handled differently from domestic orders. BAC does not prepay international freight and add the shipping charge to the order.
Use Your UPS, FedEx, or DHL Account
All freight, handling, and related import/export charges can be billed directly to your company's UPS, FedEx, or DHL account.
BAC will not prepay international shipping charges and add them to international orders.
Customs, Duties & Import Charges
Customer Is Responsible for Import Charges
The customer is responsible for paying all applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, and brokerage fees associated with an international shipment.
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are not included in BAC's product pricing unless specifically stated otherwise.
Brokerage Fees
Any brokerage or customs-clearance fees associated with the shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Hazmat & Dangerous Goods
Important International Shipping Restriction
BAC does not ship hazardous materials or ORM-D / limited quantity dangerous goods outside the contiguous United States.
This restriction applies even when a customer intends to use a freight forwarder.
Because many aviation consumables are regulated differently depending on their formulation, packaging, quantity, and transportation method, contact BAC if you are unsure whether a particular product can be shipped internationally.
International Payment Options
International orders require payment in advance.
Credit Card
International customers may pay for orders by credit card, subject to BAC's normal payment processing requirements.
Wire Transfer
Payment can be made by wire transfer. Contact BAC for bank information and instructions. An incoming wire transfer fee may apply.

To help BAC prepare the required international shipping documents, please include the following information in the shipping notes during checkout:
