How do I calculate shipping costs?

-All freight, handling and related import /export charges can be billed directly to your UPS, Fed Ex or DHL account.  BAC will not pre-pay and add shipping for international orders.  

How are customs fees handled?

-It is the customer's responsibility to pay duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees.  

Does BAC ship hazmat or dangerous goods internationally?

-We do not ship Hazardous or ORMD limited quantity dangerous goods outside the contiguous US, even when going through a freight forwarder.

How can I pay for my international order?

-Payment terms are pre-payment by wire transfer or credit card.  Contact us for bank information for international wire transfers.  There may also be a incoming wire transfer fee. 

What other information do you need for international shipments?

-Please include a contact phone number, e-mail address and EIN/VAT or EORI tax ID number for your business in the shipping notes during checkout.  These are required for international shipping documents. If omitted, we will hold your order and contact you.
