What is the cut-off time for same day shipping?
BAC offers same day shipping on in-stock items. We can usually ship until 4:00 Central Time, Monday-Friday.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, but creating an account can streamline future orders and communication. We recommend opening an account if you plan to order in the future. For one-time orders, guest checkout is preferred.

It looks like my credit card was charged twice. Why?
Online orders placed with a credit card will pull an initial authorization and then a final authorization once the order is processed. The initial authorization will drop, which can take up to 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
