2.5" Flocked Foam Roller Head, Set of 12 *Closeout- 7 left*

Flocked foam paint roller refills provide a practical option for applying compatible paints and coatings to smooth surfaces where controlled application and a consistent finish are important. Available in 2.5" width, these compact roller refills are suited to detail work, narrow surfaces, and larger panel areas.  Sold as a pack of 12.

For aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations, flocked rollers may be useful for approved coating applications on interior panels, trim, removable components, and other suitable surfaces. They can also support general maintenance-shop finishing tasks where the coating manufacturer permits roller application.

Product Features and Benefits

• Replaceable refill format: Allows the roller refill to be replaced when required, provided the appropriate roller frame is used.

Applications in Aircraft Maintenance

Depending on the coating system and applicable maintenance instructions, flocked foam roller refills may be used for:

• Aircraft cabin interior panel and trim refinishing
• Coating compatible removable components and covers
• Localized finishing and refurbishment work
• General maintenance-shop painting and coating applications

Selection and Compatibility

Before use, verify that the roller refill is compatible with the intended coating, solvent system, and roller frame. Confirm that roller application is permitted by the coating manufacturer's technical data sheet (TDS) and the applicable maintenance instructions. Do not assume compatibility with aviation primers, specialty paints, or solvent-based coatings without verification.
