A Letter To Our Customers
In response to the Illinois Governor’s Stay-At-Home policy to
combat the spread of COVID-19:
Business Aircraft Consumables distributes parts and supplies that are vital to the aviation industry.
Many of our customers are involved in air ambulance and emergency medical helicopter services. Others are involved in the
manufacture of drugs, testing equipment and supplies used to combat this virus. We have decided to keep limited key personnel
on hand to take orders and ship supplies necessary to assure your continued operations and will continue to operate within
our normal business hours. Measures are being taken to maintain safe distance between delivery and pick up personnel and
additional sanitation measures are in place in our office space and warehouses. Will calls will not be permitted until the
Stay-At-Home policy is lifted. We appreciate your understanding during these uncertain times.

If you would like us to bill your freight account, please provide your account number in the order notes. Otherwise we will pre-pay and add freight costs to your order.
BAC does not ship ORMD or hazmat items via air. Please choose a ground option if your order contains these items. All aerosols must go ground.
*Please note, USPS may take an additional few days to arrive. Also, no aerosols, liquids, lithium batteries or other dangerous goods will be accepted. If your order contains any of these, please choose either Fed Ex or UPS ground.
