RTV108 GE Silicone - General purpose bonding, sealing, electrical insulation, formed-in-place gaskets. Can be applied to vertical or overhead surfaces. Suitable for use on metals, glass, ceramic, silicone rubber and rigid plastics. Meets MIL-A-46106 TY 1. Shelf life 548 days.
Features
Momentive RTV108 general-purpose silicone sealant is a one-component sealant that has a specific gravity of 1.05 and requires 3 days for full curing to form durable, resilient silicone rubber on exposure at room temperature and ambient humidity. This ready-to-use self-adhesive sealant has 26 grams per liter VOC contents that evaporate slowly without leaving any residues or stains. This acetic acid odored sealant has a flash point greater than 93.3° C and works at a temperature of 204° C. This paste sealant is translucent in color and comes in a 2.8-ounce tube.
