Countersinks And Cages
Description
Aircraft Countersink Cutters and Cages provide precise, controlled countersinking for aerospace sheet metal and component work. These 100° countersink cutters feature 1/4-28 threaded shanks and are designed for use with adjustable or micro-stop countersinking equipment. The available pilot sizes allow technicians to match the cutter to the drilled hole and fastener application.
The CC01 countersink cage provides .001" adjustment increments for accurate countersink depth control and accepts 1/4-28 threaded countersinks with up to 5/8" cutter capacity. Countersink cutters are available with #10, #21, #30, #40 and 1/4" pilots.
