Description
Loctite 243 is a general purpose threadlocker that provides a medium strength bond. Better oil resistance than 242. Seals and secures metal nuts and bolts to prevent loosening. Works on all metals, including passive substrates, such as stainless steel, aluminum, and plated surfaces.
Features
Proven to be tolerant of minor contamination due to industrial oils, such as motor oils, corrosion prevention oils, and cutting fluid. Fix cure time at 72F is 5 minutes, full cure time 24 hours. 1/4 to 3/4" thread size.
